Realization
of Primary Health Care
Primary Health Care is a strategy that can
be used to ensure a minimum level of health care for all residents . Primary
Health Care emphasizes the development of acceptable , affordable , health care
provided is important can be achieved , which is important and a priority on
improving the sustainability and believe in yourself along with community
participation in determining something about health . In 1981, after the
identification of health goals and strategies for all health centers to realize
the goal , the WHO makes global indicators for monitoring and evaluation that
can be achieved in healthy for all in 1986 .
Primary health care is essential health
care made universally affordable and can be by individuals and families in
the community . The focus of primary health care and summarizes various aspects
of society and health needs . Community Health Center is presenting patterns of
health care wherein health care consumers to be partners with the profession
and participate achieve the common goal of better health.
In Indonesia , the implementation of the
health centers are generally implemented through health centers and under ( including
health centers , community health centers ) and many community -based health
activities such as Village Maternity Hospital and Rural Health Services as
Integrated Postal Services ( ISP or IHC ) . Administratively , Indonesia
consists of 33 provinces , 349 districts and 91 municipalities , 5,263
sub-districts and 62,806 villages . The Department of Health currently has one

access and affordability of medicines to the public . This program allows the
