BEING GOOD DIETARIAN Having good and proportional shape of body now is important, not only for our confident but also its one prove that we are healthy. For those who fat, diet is one way to over come this problem. Decreasing fat stored in our body process containing some risks if we don’t pay attention of the rules,  osteoporosis, cancer, renal “kidney failure” (caused of high protein and low carbohydrate) according to sahabatginjal.com

First of all, we must consider the goal of diet we will do. Is it needed by us? or we just curious to do it since many friends did. Don’t be influenced by people and don’t  measure our body to theirs. We are different, every body are different. 

Second, knowing our body. Ideal weight of our body can be measured by simple math counting, to do this you can decrease your height by 100 than multiple it  by 90%, for example, your weight is 167 cm than : 169 – 100 = 69 x 90% = 61,2. It means the ideal weight of you is 61,2 kg. 
Third, eat regularly. Dieting is not means torturing ourselves by having meal ones a day or even less than that, it’s a misperception. Dietarian eats regularly but decrease the portion in a rich nutrition. Rule of “eat when you are hungry, and stop before you full” is absolutely right, and do it regularly. 

Forth, consume more vegetables and fruits. For average, slim people eat more fiber food and less fatty food. (Journal of the American dietetic association :2006)

Fifth, don’t forget your breakfast. Even though we are in diet activity, don’t forget your breakfast because everyday we have daily activities that need energy. We take carbohydrates and proteins like eggs, mild, or cereals. Leaving our breakfasts will be dangerous, more over for those who has many activities. But the basic rule is not taking more than we need in breakfast.

Sixth, drink white water. White water has many advantages for health. We know people can living the life longer with water without meals than meals without water because human body contains by up to 78% water. 

Sevent, exercise.  Take 30 minutes a day everyday  to burn your fats by exercising. You can also build your muscles by this activity. For reference, world famous athlete like Cristiano Ronaldo exercises in the training camp of Real Madrid  three or  four ours in five days a week.  Gym exercises is needed too if you are not satisfied with your body shape. 

Eight, sugar free. Avoid foods with sugars. Granulated sugars, sweeteners, soft drinks, candies, nougat, dried fruits, cookies, pies, spreads, cereal bars, salad dressing, ice cream, milk shakes, canned fruit packed in syrup are some of sugar foods that better you leave. 

Ninth,  don’t think that you are in a diet. Forget it, do activities and be busy, enjoying music or movies. The most important is you feel comfort with every things you do. So, every things run well and your diet is not burdening your mind that makes you uncomforted and  bothers your diet.
